My aim is for classes to be relaxed, inclusive and welcoming…Yoga for all you might say!
At Yoga For All I aim to make my classes accessible to everyone, regardless of age, gender, background or ability. I teach with a focus on combining breathing exercises (pranayama), flowing postures (asanas) and relaxation, adapting each area where needed.
I believe that absolutely anyone can practice yoga……. all you need is the intention 🙂
